By registering for Factu you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
What we do
Factu helps you obtain invoices from suppliers. When you create a request, we contact the supplier on your behalf to ask for the invoice for a real commercial transaction.
Factu never issues invoices, does not act as your tax representative, and does not replace your accounting software.
Legal confirmation per request
Each request requires you to confirm that the commercial transaction is real and that you authorize us to contact the supplier on your behalf. We store this confirmation with timestamp and IP as fiscal/commercial evidence for 6 years.
Payment and plans
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime; refunds are not applied for consumed periods unless required by law.
Acceptable use
- You may only request invoices for real commercial transactions in which you are a party.
- You may not use Factu to harass, intimidate, or send unsolicited mass communications.
- You are responsible for the data you enter and for having consent to process it.
Availability and limitations
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee a specific uptime during beta. We are not responsible for supplier behavior or response times.
Intellectual property
Factu software, brand, and content are owned by Factu Labs S.L. Your information remains yours; we grant you a limited license to use the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
